Basic Info:

  • Cinemas are "shrouded in darkness" when unpowered.
  • Cinemas are Dark buildings.
  • In the presence of a fuelled portable generator, a Cinema's flavor text will change to one of the following:
    • "…a black-and-white drama film still looping silently on its main screen."
    • "…a recent horror film still looping silently on its main screen."
    • "…an old horror film still looping silently on its main screen."
    • "…a black-and-white documentary film still looping silently on its main screen."
    • "…a recent drama film still looping silently on its main screen."
    • "…a dramatic science-fiction film still looping silently on its main screen."
    • "…a black-and-white science-fiction film playing on its main screen."

According to the South Blythville Barricade Plan, this building should be kept at Extremely Heavily Barricaded (EHB) at all times.

Current Status

5/30/2009 You are inside Bennet Cinema, a foreign romance film playing on its main screen. Splashes and prints of blood have dried on the walls. The building has been extremely heavily barricaded. Also here is Norman Gunston (60HP).A portable generator has been set up here. It is running.Somebody has spraypainted YOUR FACE = EPIC FAIL onto a wall.--Dr Mycroft Chris 03:30, 31 May 2009 (BST)
