The Ballad of the Dead Cowboy was found taped to the body of a, you guessed it, dead cowboy. He was wearing a blackwatch Black Hat so obviously the good guys won. Interestingly, the ballad was found in two pieces, one at Pippard Building in Spicer Hills, the other at Brain Boulevard in Old Arkham. Whether the cowboy was also found in two pieces is not something for these pages.
