Description

A tea factory, it's gates opening out onto Tetley Road. Originally producing only traditional black tea bags, in the years prior to the Malton Incident the factory had expanded into a major operation including green, Masala chai and decaf varieties.

More recently, local survivors using the factory as a safehouse have reported an improvement to their energy levels and a tendency to move quickly throughout the building, a phenomenon attributed by some to a supposed high atmospheric caffeine content arising from the factory's residual tea stocks. While study has proven difficult, the undead have not been observed exhibiting any similar behaviour, leading to hypotheses that caffeine resistance may be a previously unknown side effect of the zombification process.

History

Once claimed as the back up base of the Shining Crest Mercenary Co.
