Lunatics for a Better World has PKed 14 people.

Lunatics for a Better World was a group of pkers that specialize in hit-and-run kills of specific targets. They are also known for, and not happy about, indiscriminate rampages.

Mission Statement

The Lunatics for a Better World strive to cause anarchy and make the city of Malton feel, well, more apocalyptic than all of these hand-holding pansies would have you believe. While each Lunatic has their own reason for joining, we are all united in the idea that surviving an undead apocalypse wouldn't be a third as exciting if breathing folks weren't shooting at you as well.

Philosophy

Pk'ing in Urban Dead shouldn't really be something frowned upon, as the lack of NPC's in the game makes every combat encounter Player vs Player. Whether you happen to be a zombie or survivor is a matter of circumstance (or choice) and the targeting of a player in the game shouldn't be constrained by this discrimination, but an honest attitude about the murder you are performing, ie. When was the last time you heard of a war that was fought against deer because people "shouldn't" be fighting each other?

The Lunatics fully accept that nearly no survivors will understand that last part of their philosophy.

Contact/Recruitment

This lunatic is your friend.jpg

The Lunatics are open to alliances with pker groups as well as non-pker survivor groups (the exchange of assassins, warm bodies to defend your territory and protection from Lunatic rampages for revive points and safe-houses.) We are not open to consorting with zombie hordes.

No experience necessary. Place your application/offer in the discussion tab at the top of this page or User:Vincent Church's discussion tab -AND/OR- send an email provided in the contacts section on the side bar with a link to your profile, your pker history and body count (if any).

Policies

The Lunatics will adhere to the following policies:

1. Kill: To constantly endeavor to take down assigned targets.

2. Clean Up: To to assassinate every Trenchcoater they happen across.

3. Game: To preserve the silliness of Urban Dead.

4. Silence: To not talk about Fight Club.

5. Odd Nature: To give back to the survivor community in times of need: revive those in cemeteries, fight side-by-side with survivor groups against major offensives of the undead and give limited aid to those survivors that directly ask for it. (This policy may seem odd at first, but if we are to be killing survivors there have to be survivors in the first place.)

6. Fun: To have a fun time doing it! Urban Dead is a game after all.

News

November

11/16/2011 - Due to circumstances, the LBW is officially disbanded.

11/12/2011 - Another death, another recruit! Say hello to Mr J Torrance!

11/11/2011 - Another beautiful afternoon comes around as the Lunatics kick back and rest their feet on a steaming pile of bodies. Remember to thank a veteran today!

11/10/2011 - The LBW has begun an aggressive campaign to swell its ranks as well as attaining allies. See the recruitment policy above for details.

11/9/2011 - All quiet on the Western Front...

11/7/2011 - After a hiatus due to widespread power outages in the area, the Lunatics have resumed their killings and have claimed another random life in Malton, finishing this reprisal against the civilian population off in style with a flare kill. U mad survivors?

October

10/27/2011 - Team Xtreme has drawn first blood in our little armed conflict. Good for them. Lets give him a hand. Applause please.

10/23/2011 - Shufflebotham Boulevard Fire Station was hell on earth as the Lunatics crashed the party with a blaze of gunfire, claiming two lives and leaving the single survivor alive on the basis of his funny name. THEY HOPE IT WAS WORTH HIS FRIEND'S LIVES.

10/22/2011 - Venting our rage upon the local population of Earletown, the Lunatics claim another life.

10/20/2011 - The Lunatics are regrouping at an undisclosed location as they have happily accepted the declaration of war by Team Xtreme and plan to kill any members they come across on sight.

10/14/2011 - The Fenwyk Plaza Police Department walls were coated in the blood of a Christ impersonator. In just form, he is expected to rise from the grave within three days.

10/12/2011 - Claimed another life in an East Boundwood junkyard. Death to the pac-man copycats!

10/10/2011 - After a change of heart, the Lunatics have altered their mission statement.

Also, cleaned up some graffiti on the wiki page. The Lunatics don't know who "the samson" is (besides a poor selector of user names), but if they think pk'ing in a browser game is sad, smearing a wiki page about pk'ing in a browser game is even worse. If you have something to say, use the discussion page.

10/6/2011 - After cleaning up Gatcombeton of a one "Neil the Pedophile" from Boorman Way Police Department, the Lunatics have redeemed themselves and successfully completed their first objective, the assassination of Barbecue Barbecue.

The Lunatics would like to note that pedophilia is never funny.

10/2/2011 - An expeditionary force sent into Shuttlebank to scout the SSCC has reaped a second life at the Talbot Museum.

September

9/28/2011 - Made first official kill as a group at The Badman Building.

9/25/2011 - Operating the the West Boundwood area. While arming up, took pot shots at The Badman Building as well as spreading the word. Where did the Badmen go?

9/21/2011 - Operating in the Shuttlebank area. After the aborted assassination attempt of Barbecue Barbecue, the Lunatics are re-arming for a'nuver go at the SSCC.

The Most Dangerous Game

Team Xtreme - Has shown initiative by declaring war on the Lunatics, and to be fair their members have become KILL ON SIGHT.

Creedy Defense Force - Accidentally shot at one of their members while out on the prowl. That probably pissed them off. Ops. Sorry CDF.

Previous Targets

SSCC - For being far too silly.

Results: Killed their leader, Barbecue Barbecue.

The Badman Building - Er, the Badman rather, for being batty do-gooders!

Results: Killed one of their members.

Where are they?
