  • The Reptile House and Aquarium are buildings without doors.

History

Before the Outbreak, the Reptile House at the zoo was the best place for miles around to see exotic examples of rare reptiles from several species. From Brazilian Constrictors to Nile Crocodiles to Komodo Dragons, if it was creepy and scaly, you could see it here. Some of the members of the Cult of the Stuffed Crocodile claim this is the birthplace of the now-stuffed crocodile that they worship, and at least one pilgrimage has been made to the Reptile House.

Current Use

As a result of an agreement between The Malton Zookeepers and the Reptile House Liberation Front, the Reptile House has been rehabilitated and rezoned as the new Zombie Animal Exhibit. The same no killing / reviving / barricading policy that is enforced at the Aquarium is enforced here as well.

Barricade Policy

The Malton Zookeepers ask that visitors do not barricade the Reptile House at all. This allows the exhibits to move in and out at their discretion, which is essential for them to feel at home in their artificial habitat. Furthermore, a strict No Killing / No Reviving policy is in effect for humans who visit the Reptile House.

Animal Update

It's been confirmed that the Crocodile and the Komodo Dragon have returned to the zoo and can be seen wandering the grounds.

Have you seen an animal wandering the city of Malton? Report it at the Zoo Website and the Zookeepers will do their best to relocate the poor creature to its proper home.
