Today, at approximately 3am GMT, the Stacey Monument went on the map, thanks to an unknown person inspiring me to create this page. The momentous event that I witnessed (from 9 blocks away) was a grand total of 43 flares being shot off within the space of 3 minutes at 2:05 am.
