The Surtees Building

Description

An old building that has been fortified to serve the purpose of its new owners. It is extremely barricaded most of the time and only has the sign "Death's Minions HQ -Entrance" on the front. It is still left alone after so many years and there are dim lights that glow from inside the building. Men armed with automatic weapons stalk the buildings and are often seen running back into the building at night.

History

A property once owned by Club Budd until being bought by an unknown group who has kept their business to themselves. While other buildings are bustling this building sits still and remains quiet ever since the mysterious group bought the place. The building had no special place in Channcelwood besides being a dance/music hall for the public.

Barricade Policy

Extremely Heavily Barricaded at all times.
