Some are NecroTech Buildings and can be identified by the "[NT]" appended to their name if you have the NecroTech Employment skill. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

12th April 2020 - You are standing outside the Whitley Building, a fire-damaged grey-stone building with pillars along its front. The building has been very heavily barricaded - you can see no way to enter. - July 13, 2008 The building has been completely ransacked, and has fallen into ruin. A thin layer of dust covers the debris. The floor and walls are stained with splashes of dried blood. The doors to the street have been left wide open.--meat seeker 16:46, 30 september 2010 (BST)
