Early kept, as the reasoning behind the deletion intro is that the guide advocates zerging, which it does not, and the guide they are referring to exists off site. Put it up for a different criteria, and let it run through, but do not lie in the original report. The guide hosted here does not in anyway advocate zerging.-- SA 04:13, 26 November 2009 (UTC)

Category:Confirmed Groups

Category:Confirmed Groups has become redundant now that Crit 12 (outdated group pages) has been removed from the speedydelete criteria. Groups, as long as they have suitable content (enough to avoid crit 1), are no longer subject to automatic deletion. This category has, historically, been woefully out of date, and to keep it updated, a constant effort is required to go through the stats page to confirm that groups are in fact confirmed, despite anyone being able to add the category regardless of actual group numbers. Even when it was cleaned out, there were still groups disputing it because they claim that their members don't show their group name in their profile. I've discussed this with others in the community, and it has been open for discussion on the talk page here for quite some time, and I've yet to hear any opposition to it's removal, let alone convincing argument against it.
