Here's my take on this. (and all group subpages for the most part - except attack pages) To me, the point of the wiki is to archive information. (I think that is why we got rid of Crit 12 - to act more like a true archive) Unless a page has no content it is still part of that group's history. This recruiting page has information about the group. It isn't just JOIN US WE RULE. It talks about things they did and where they began. I would rather see a group make 20 recruitment pages featuring their different spiels than one page that the history gets lost on after a purge. Yes, you aren't recruiting anymore, but you did once and this is how you sold yourself. I just think it is an interesting thing to preserve.
So, when I say I'm not going to delete things like this it isn't because I'm power mad or being an asshole. It is because I really believe that things like this can be interesting and important to a group's history. Now, maybe you can do what Red Cresent did - compile all the "extra pages" onto one page and just keep that page. But I really think deleting the "unused" pages from the group does the group a disservice. That's my take on it.
If another sysop has a different opinion then so be it. I would really just rather save everything.--– Nubis NWO 15:27, 19 February 2009 (UTC)

The first one is a group sub page template, I don't understand their template system, so don't know if it's temporarily unused. Are the Borehamwood templates duplicated somewhere? Template:MallSwitcher is linked to Kareks talk archives. Is there a use for it, or the other buildingstatus pages? -- boxy talk • teh rulz 04:41 13 February 2009 (BST)
  • If said page was used in a suburb template, it would be included on Communist Party of Malton/Marxist Republic via magic words. The suburb template seems to have been dropped in favour of a country infobox. I am confident that they just forgot to clean it up after they changed their system.
  • The Borehamwood pages are all duplicated in the proper namespace. EG: User:DangerReport/Countryside (East) and these are the pages that are transcluded in the map template.
  • Template:MallSwitcher has been made redundant. The Mall Status Map, which used to rely on it some iterations ago, no longer uses it. I can assure you it is not required as a template, the link to Karek's talk is likely because he created it.
  • The BuildingStatus for individual suburbs were a 'template fad'. They didn't last long and all reports now rely on Template:BuildingStatus (or derivatives). I can confirm they are not required. -- User:The Rooster RoosterDragon User talk:The Rooster 13:25, 13 February 2009 (UTC)

I would question the need for disambiguation pages in that namespace. Nobody is ever likely to search directly for a report, and by having a disambig page, it may lead people to think they are linking to an actual report page when the type a link since it isn't a redlink.
