And how did I end up in Rhodenbank? <cheeseybackstory> It all started a while back, when the infamous "zombie virus" first reared its head in Malton. I was airdropped into central Malton with a Special Forces group assigned to contain early outbreaks. Not knowing what to expect (wait, zombies?!), we were overwhelmed within hours of our arrival. The few of us who still had a pulse made a break for the northern border, hoping to catch one of the transports out of the city. Eventually we arrived in Rhodenbank, just to catch the last few trucks out of the city. That is, the rest of them did. I was left behind, told to wait for a truck with room to carry all of the valuable equipment we had salvaged from the failed expedition. Of course, that truck never came- the quarentine was in effect, and I was trapped in the city. Shortly after a mob of zombies wandered into the extraction point, and I was forced to leave everything and run for the nearest shelter- St. Alban's Hospital. It was at this point that my stay in Malton began... Now I put the skills from the service into use as a survivor, treating the wounded, scouting out the area, and reporting on conditions. While others may see fit to run around with pistols and shotguns, I deal in a different weapon: knowledge. I usually frequent the Building Information Center and it's offshoots, checking that the reports and listings are accurate, objective, and up-to-date. Contributions include creating a Suburb Information Center for all suburbs, making sure each fire station, NT, hospital, and police department has a listing, and helping to demerge grouped location pages.
