I've got the Awnser... Short Awnser: is FRAK NO. Long Awnser: If the group in question sends members into the suburb from outside and then retreats out of it, they are still active in the suburb even if they are not very successful in said Suburb. Your opposition has said they sent people in and that makes them legitimatly "active" in the suburb. If you were to spam all of the Suburb pages (espescially now that you have shown intrest in doing so simply out of spite) would constitute another act of Vandalism and be delt with acordingly (consider this a preemptive Warning). And another thing... you have a history of using the wiki as a pro-IWM propaganda delivery system, and also targeting opponent groups with blatently false wiki entries. Stick to NPOV edits on suburb pages, and DO NOT create group pages that you are not invited to create with misleading or deliberatly false entries. period. You can consider this a second preemptive warning. Once I finish my seminar paper IRL I plan on hitting the wiki hard to make sure the majority of entries fall within some reasonable level of accuracy. I'm not going to get into a pissing contest with you. If a group can reasonably say they are in a suburb then It passes, IWM does not have the support or resources to put personel in every suburb. Hell even the DHPD is only active in 12 suburbs at the momment... A Group saying they are active in Dakerstown WHEN THEY WERE at one point was apropriate. You deleting them, when the group is still active was not. If you feel I'm guilty of misconduct then go ahead and bring it up... But remember when you break out a flashlight it shines on everything. We are at war, correct? Well, if we are, we should probably get it organized. If possible, I would like to:

- Create a page, containing a section for deaths of Urban Guerillas and Imperial War Machine users.

- Each of these MUST be accompanied by a screenshot, saved as a "*.JPG" file.

- Another section will read "Martyrs", for all of those whom were affiliated with neither sides, yet were killed in the tide of war. Only they themselves are allowed to post a screenshot of them being killed by a side (This must be accompanied by a screenshot, too, along with a link for the soldier's profile).

- And last, but not least, a section that will be made into a template so that we are able to get news directly from the "Dakerstown" page.

I am saying this a thoughtful human being, and I am putting my allegiance aside.
