Thanks dude for the help with my journal box--IAC Zombie 05:36, 10 Oct 2005 (BST)

No problem. Glad I could help. --Raelin 05:51, 10 Oct 2005 (BST)

I've noticed that your quite skilled with templates. I was wondering if you could help me out with the Character one on my profile. Is it supposed to take up so much space or is there some way that I could move it to the right? And why does everything I write come up as a link even if I don't want it to? If you could give me a hand I'd really appreciate it. Diggs 22:20, 30 Oct 2005 (GMT)

That's perfect. Thanks alot for your help. And by the way would your survivor characters ever consider joing the RAF? We could use someone with your skills. Diggs 22:55, 30 Oct 2005 (GMT)
Well, I'd like to keep my survivor characters un-affiliated for the time being, as I'm not entirely sure what I'd like to do with them in the log run. If I ever do decide they should join a group, though, I will certainly consider it. --Raelin 23:14, 30 Oct 2005 (GMT)
Is there any way to change the image background so that it's white instead of blue and looks like a solid picture? Diggs 23:01, 30 Oct 2005 (GMT)
Thanks alot, you're a wiki-wizard Raelin! I respect that you want to keep your characters unaffiliated, but if you ever want to fight for a noble cause you know where to go. Diggs 04:00, 1 Nov 2005 (GMT)

Re: I can keep this up ALLLL night

I really wish you wouldn't... -- Odd Starter 04:32, 2 Nov 2005 (GMT)

Yeah, but I'm bored you see, I don't understand why it bothers you so much. ;) --Raelin 04:33, 2 Nov 2005 (GMT)
Point humourously taken, but if you're bored there are plenty of pages on the wiki that could use some cleaning up... -- Odd Starter 04:36, 2 Nov 2005 (GMT)
Understandable. It's clear he's not catching on, anyway. Oh well, that's what I get for thinking I could get through to him. I've pretty much satisfied that itch, so I'm done. --Raelin 04:39, 2 Nov 2005 (GMT)
Why is it that he's not allowed to have a page about his favourite weapons but Radio Free Malton is allowed to have a page promoting drug use in an aquarium? Diggs 06:41, 3 Nov 2005 (GMT)
If you feel that RFM's pages are inappropriate, feel free to Request their deletion. My belief was that the pages that K. Funkerton were creating were effectively contentless, and that the material could easily be placed on his user page without the separate page. RFM's pages don't qualify under that criterion, which is why I requested K. Funkerton's page, not the RFM pages.
As I said, feel free to request RFM's Operation pages's deletion if you feel it's necessary. In this respect, Moderators don't have much of a say, it's up to users to nominate pages. -- Odd Starter 07:53, 3 Nov 2005 (GMT)
Way to beat me to the save button on my own talk page, OS. :P --Raelin 07:55, 3 Nov 2005 (GMT)

Re: Woah, what was that?

That, Raelin, was a "google wikispam". They go around trying to find small wikis to put their links on so they can increase their Pagerank. Obviously a stupid wikispammer, however - you don't want to go for exceptionally active wikis... -- Odd Starter

I see. So does the fact that all that crap is stored in the page's history still boost their pagerank? --Raelin 08:51, 28 Nov 2005 (GMT)
Assuming the wiki's set up properly, no. MediaWiki has various safeguards so that spiders don't slurp up edit or history pages. And Google behaves for the most part, so Google shouldn't check history pages. -- Odd Starter 11:05, 28 Nov 2005 (GMT)
