[edit] Badges

The template has three badges:

Image:501stsafehousecommandeered.PNG This is the CO badge. It means that the Safehouse has a commanding officer.

Image:501stsafehousenetworked.PNG This is the RO badge. It means that a radio is installed in the base with a qualified CNS Operator.

Image:501stsafehousesecured.PNG This is the SC badge. It means that the safehouse is secure from any credible threat such as zombies or PKers.
