The block [63,55] in Roftwood, is a factory. It is currently used as an entryway to the Joyner Boulevard and Mayo Row Police Departments and the Summer Building (which holds a mobile phone mast). Beyond the Summer building is Eligius General Hospital and Hildebrand Mall, both accessible through this factory.
