This location is an entry point to the adjoining Haim Building Necrotech facility in Roachtown and should be kept at VSB+2 at all times. Additionally it allows free running access to the southern buildings in Barrville.

Current Status

25th December 2008 The building has been completely ransacked, and has fallen into ruin.
