The Autocratic Theocracy of Ildrum (Abbrev. ATI) is a Zombie-Human Alliance group in Judgewood. Although The Master prefers neither the human nor the zombie form, the Leaders of the ATI are generally human to increase ease of communication, movement, and coordination.

As a whole, the leaders of The Autocratic Theocracy of Ildrum are known as the Imperium, a singular omnipotent ruling force comprised of the three Magistrati and the single, unquestionable ruler The Master. The Master rules each Administry by proxy through each of the Magistrati.

The Administry of Information (Abbrev. AI) gathers information about politics and other groups, as well as puts forth information pertaining to the ATI itself. Also, the AI works with the AT to gather military intelligence. Its head of office is currently His Omniscience Magistratus Centronias of Information.

The Administry of Knowledge's duty to the people of the Autocratic Theocracy of Ildrum is to educate the followers and spread the word to others. The teachings mainly consist of ATI's mythology, belief system, and history. The head of office to the Administry of Knowledge is currently being held by Cytotoxia [The Magistratus of Knowledge], or, as she prefers to be referred to by her peers, The Errant.

The Administry of Tactics is on the side of neither the humans or zombies. AT focuses on the development of self-defense and the practice and mastering of fighting styles and techniques. Starla Rivers (who will be address as the Major) heads AT, which will make war against any and all opponents of the Great Master.
