Judicial
§I Judicial policies pertain to the legal, criminal, and judicial guidelines followed by the ATI.
§I#I Judicial process
§I#I.I Judicial processes must always be overseen by a Judus appointed by a Magistratus. If no Judi are available, or there are currently no official Judi positions filled, a Magistratus may appoint a member of the ATI to be the presiding Judus Magistratei. If no sanctioned Judus oversees a trial, the trial is deemed void and unaffecting.
§I#II Judicial Terminology
§I#II.I Types of crimes:
Main crimes - A crime requiring legal action
- Murder - A human killing another human without due cause (PK) - Deportation, Execution, Denile of Aid
- Assault - A human attacking another human without due cause - Denile of aid
- Treason - Violation of your alliegence to the ATI (ATI only) - Deportation, Expulsion, Execution, KOS in the ATI
- Magicide - Murder of a Magistratus by a member of the ATI (ATI only) -Deportation, Expulsion, Execution, KOS Anywhere
- Herecy - Denouncing the Master in any way - DeportationExecution, KOS Anywhere, Denile of aid
- Destruction of property - Destruction of barricades, generators, and/or radio transcievers without due cause, Denile of aid
- Espionage - Deportation, Execution, KOS in the ATI
- Fraud - Posing as a member of the ATI - Deportation, Execution, KOS, Expulsion (If applicable)
Modifier crimes - Can be added to a main crime to better describe the action
- Conspiracy - Any combination of people for a secret, unlawful reason - Minor augmentation
- Attempted - Tried to commit a crime, but failed - Minor reduction
- Intent - Plan to commit a crime, but never come to execute it - Minor reduction
