The following is an explaination of the ranks and offices in the ATI.
The Style column denotes the ornamental addition to a person's name. A person is given a style only if he currently holds an Officer rank. Any rank that is Non-Officer is denoted in that column.

| Tacitaurus | Non-Officer Rank | 6/20 | AT | Reserved for those who show potential; Highest non-officer rank of the AT |
| Militarius Maxei | Non-Officer Rank | 4/20 | AT | Generally for those who better serve the Master than the Menorei; Highest enlisted rank of the AT |
| Militarius Menorei | Non-Officer Rank | 2/20 | AT | Lowest enlisted rank of the AT |
| Anincorpus | Non-Officer Rank | 0/20 | All | Absolute lowest rank in the ATI. Usually used for people who have not yet been incorporated into an Administry. |
*The 'power' numbering is a ranking of the relative power of the office relative to other in the ATI. 0 is the lowest, 20 is the highest. **AI/AK denotes simultaneous membership in both Administries, while AI, AK denotes two similar positions in the seperate Administries.
