  1. Any Zombie or Survivor may join BARBRAZ by adopting the Uniform (i.e. the profile group affiliation) and posting a link to their profile on the staff roster
  2. Any member of BARBRAZ staff may object within one month of a new member's joining and may call a vote amongst all staff on that person's membership
  3. When this probationary month is up, an individual's membership shall no longer be subject to a vote
  4. Voting shall be open for two weeks in cases where staff are called on to vote on an issue
  5. Staff may only vote on issues before them after they have been registered on the staff roster for a full month
  6. New franchises will be considered established only when the position of Manager is filled by staff vote
  7. The Manager's position will be open to challenge by vote at any time if the question has not been voted on within the preceding month
  8. Only local franchise staff may vote to replace a franchise Manager
  9. The Manager's decision is final in case of any dispute on franchise premises
  10. Franchise managers will be responsible for the upkeep of franchise premises and this is to include maintenance of the relevant wiki location page
  11. When appropriate, the central activities of BARBRAZ will be administered by a Board and these activities are to include maintenance of the central BARBRAZ wiki pages
  12. The Board shall have responsibility for setting and amending BARBRAZ general policy by vote amongst themselves
  13. The Board shall have the power to declare any employee 'sacked' if they so decide by unanimous agreement
  14. The Board shall be formed when the third BARBRAZ franchise premises is established
  15. When formed, the Board shall consist of the Managers of the established franchises
  16. Until such time as the Board is formed, the functions of the Board shall be in the hands of the general BARBRAZ staff
  17. There shall be no leadership above the Board
