There are a variety of other names besides Street including Alley, Avenue, Boulevard, Drive, Grove, Lane, Row, Square, Walk, Place, etc. This is an empty block, and cannot be barricaded.

Humans and zombies alike will see the following (permanent) description when standing in Bastick Walk:

"You are at Bastick Walk.

A billboard advertising Caiger Mall has fallen from its mounting, almost blocking the road."

Such a description is always followed by a description of what has been spraypainted on the billboard there, but since that description is never permanent and always subject to change, it is redundant to include it here as well.
