FORT CREEDY FALLS ON HARD TIMES

The Silent Night Slaughter

The early warning signs were there. A voice in the wild cried out about impending doom but is all but ignored. Somewhere, a survivor named Nalikill got word of an impending strike against the citizens of Fort Creedy. He tried with all the gusto of Paul Revere to awaken the populace of Creedy to it's peril.

On the 23rd of December, an assortment of groups marched on the Creedy Gatehouse, under the banner of the Player Killer Alliance. Once there, they opened fire slaying 124 citizens.

Amidst the chaos, a few brave souls emerged to defend the fort but were overpowered and put down. Throughout the night and into the next morning, the attacks continued, demoralizing the population and leaving the fort vulnerable.

The Big Bash

And taking advantage of this vulnerability was a massive collection of various Zombie Hordes, known as The Big Bash (2). They began amassing outside the Gatehouse towards the end of December. As one day became the next and the congregation swelled, it was apparent it would not be long before before they reached critical mass. They reached that terrible threshold, plunging forward enmasse, tearing down barricades. The screams of dying survivors were drowned out by the shrill cries of the damned, their calls for brains reverberating out into the cold winter air. Once the Gatehouse was breached, the dead would not be denied their prize. Within the walls of Creedy, all manner of inhumanity was unleashed. Zeds converging on the old, the weak, the woman and the children. The men, herded to their doom like so many cattle. The Gatehouse was not enough. Those monsters would not be sated until the whole fort fell to ruin. And fall it did. Some survivors escaped the abattoir and made their way to the Farmer Necrotech facility to the north. But as can be seen in the exclusive photo below, it seems the appetites of the Zombie horde knows no boundaries. For even now, this grissly parade of horrors thumps on the barricades, demanding admittance. Survivors there are rallying the able bodied for a last stand but the outlook is grim.
