Brain Brother is a term coined by brainROT RUM ☣ to describe other survivors who have brain rot. brainROT RUM ☣ does not kill brain brothers, but considers all pink brains to be fair game.

The only way to become a brain brother is to die, buy the brain rot skill, and then get a rot revive. Thus, killing a pink brain offers them the chance to become a brain brother.
