Zombies frequently check inside. At the moment the Hospital is one of the few buildings in which Portable Generators have a use other than powering the lights, and increasing search probability. Players with the Surgery Skill can heal for 15 HP if the Hospital has a fueled up Generator. Hospitals are listed as Tactical Resource Points. Hospitals can be barricaded normally. Among the internal descriptions found in Hospitals: "...its wards and corridors blackened with the soot of a recent fire" "...its empty wards criss-crossed with snapped quarantine tape." "...one of the city's psychiatric hospitals." "...dark corridors leading through abandoned wards." "...its emergency room in disarray." "...its lobby covered with quarantine posters." "...a children's hospital with bright murals across the walls. " "The main lobby is riddled with bullet holes." This hospital is located in the suburb of Starlingtown. This building is not accesible for those without Free Running Skill if you are in need of medical attention please go to Buller Boulevard School. The nearest NecroTech installation can be found at the Veryard Building.

According to Starlingtown Barricade Plan this hospital is to be maintained Extremely Heavily Barricaded (EHB) at all times. Survivor without the Free Running Skill are asked to stay at the Buller Boulevard School or other location.

September, 8th (2008) : Lights are on, EHB and ~5 to 10 survivors, working fine.

August, 31 (2008) : Lights are on, no barricade = door left wide open. 1 zed (50 HP) and no survivor. Some zeds from Grist Bank incoming (after ransacking the bank). nb for the zeds : there's some survivors around, be careful.
