Description

History

The Bulmer Cinema is currently the home of The Bulmer Ghoul. It can be violently territorial with anyone he finds in "his house".

Barricade Policy

The Old Arkham Barricade Plan has this building barricaded at Extremely Heavily Barricaded.

Current Status

2:40 PM 5/14/2009 You are inside Bulmer Cinema, a foreign romance film playing on its main screen. The building has been extremely heavily barricaded. Also here are Humbert VonGikkingen (60HP), Geoge A Romero (60HP) and Solid' Snake (60HP).

A portable generator has been set up here. It is running. The lobby has been decorated with three African sculptures, a glass globe and five human skeletons.
