This is the carpark for the nearby museum, there have been suspected terrorist activities in the area and could be related to the nearby museum. A few weeks before the outbreak, this carpark was bombed constantly near the entrance ramps. The police filed an investigation on the matter, but the outbreak halted an progress and it was soon abandoned.
