If any cars remain, they are apparently unusable. This is an empty block, and cannot be barricaded.

It's a car park, what more do you want me to say? Okay. Fine.

A section of quarantine tape blows around a bloodstained stretcher, a few hundred metres away a ravaged ambulance with its doors open has the same tape wrapped tightly around the driving cab. Hundreds of wrecked, ruined or otherwise unusuable cars break up the monotonous parking space markings. Some have doors wrenched off, others have them flung open. You feel a shiver run down your spine and head towards the nearest building.

The only history you can gather comes from a rusting sign at the entrance to the parking lot. The sign reads ' Councillor E.G. Sneared Memorial Car Park, formerly Councillor E.G. Sneared Memorial Public Conveniences. '
