Category talk:Department of Emergency Management

Well, I'd advoided making the DEM a category to this point, but I suppose we are as much of one as any of the other organizations, and more so than some, so I'll back this if it is generally felt this is an appropriate move. I definitely don't think we should have two separate, mostly identical pages for the DEM though. Either this page should just be a very slim wrapper just about the organization, pointing to the original DEM page as the primary source for details, or the original page should be resynced to this one and turned into a redirect to here.
