Caunt Lane (pronounced "kunT") is an open street located in the suburb of Dunningwood.

Yes, Caunt Lane is very open indeed. These days it's a bit overgrown and hairy and the odeur of the local fish store keeps most patrons away.

It takes a while to get a feel for Caunt. Though people generally do not get to see Caunt every day, it is an absolute pleasure when they do. Caunt is a very beautiful, if mysterious, place. Caunt can be enjoyed at any time of the day, in any season. Though some people tend not to publicize Caunt, those people have not yet seen Caunt for themselves...perhaps they are political activists, religious figures or lawyers. Those people see Caunt and feel ashamed. Malton sees Caunt, and Malton wants more.

Somewhat ironically, this public space has become a local Revive Point for Zeds who want to visit the nearby Carner Hotel.
