Chancelwood is a suburb of Malton, located in the north of the city. It contains Curton Mansion, Rodges Stadium, some of the finest schools in Malton and the delightful Hathway Park.

A few undead mobs in the southern part of the neighborhood. A big group of atleast 20 zombies outside the Curton Mansion and an unknown number of zombies/survivors inside. Also a few smaller groups in the blocks around it. Not much survivor activity in that area. --XterrorX 20:48, 1 July 2008 (BST)

Chancelwood is a hub of survivor activity. Well connected survivors occupy all notable buildings in the suburb and numbers appear to be on the increase due to the lack of zombies. The few dead that walk the streets are mostly feral, however there have been sightings of members of the Dead and Feral Undead. ---MiniGemmel 14:27 GMT

Zombies seem to have moved on from Chancelwood: no major horde in the suburb (>9), and buildings are well barricaded. Updated suburb status to yellow.--JFX 16:23, 9 May 2008 (BST)
