[edit] Description
[edit] History
Club Fortescue was started in 1977 by Tescue P Santos. Originally a members-only sports bar for betting on women's softball, the business faltered in the 80s. In 1992, Tescue heard "Baby Got Back" on the radio, and was inspired to transform the business. Club Fortescue opened to the public in 1994 with only one song on the playlist: "Informer". In 1999, they added the song "Tub Thumping", and in 2005, the "Thong Song". They are currently purchasing Technotronic's "Pump up the Jam" CD on the installment plan. Unfortunately, they were still unable to afford "Baby Got Back" when Tescue died in 2007.
[edit] Barricade Policy
Club Fortescue, The Butthole Surfers, and Pen Island are all strongly commited to the fight against BarricAIDS.
