Columbus Blue Jackets

Origins

A number of teammembers headed to Malton during the 2004 - 2005 NHL lockout to keep in shape as well as keep a low profile. Killing Zombies proved to be a fantastic training regiment so they decided to stay in Malton after their contracts were not renewed by the team and the free-agency market failed to see the benefit of their training.

Objectives

The Columbus Blue Jackets hope that one day ice hockey can thrive in Malton. We are currently the only hockey team in Malton. The city's other team, The Sticks, have long since retired much to our regret. Hopefully an intra-city league can be formed as soon as the Zombie threat has diminished. Thus the Columbus Blue Jackets have made it their mission to personally destroy the Zombie scurge whereever it may be. Killing Zombies is what we long for. Killing Zombies makes us happy. That and goalie fights. Those are so freakin' sweet!

Where are we now?

As of May 25, 2007 the Columbus Blue Jackets have moved north to the only ice rink in Malton, Rodges Stadium. The team is looking forward to the new challenge of not only practicing until we puke, but defending the four-block stadium against zombies.

While in Malton, the Columbus Blue Jackets stay at the luxurious Lees Hotel in magnificent Vinetown. Autograph sessions have been postponed until after intra-city league details have been finalized. However, all our fans are encouraged to stop by an cheer us on as we smash Zombie skulls in our amazing skills competition. PKers and Dogs are not welcome. We try to keep the carpets in the lobby fairly clean.

Support Us!

The easiest way to support the Columbus Blue Jackets is by not killing our teammates. If you see one of us on the street or in a building, remember the Columbus Blue Jackets are friendly, zombie-hating, puck-handling, anti-PK team of amazing hockey players. We strive to remain neutral in all matters not relating to killing zombies and admiring old tapes of Wayne Gretzky. Current seasons ticket holders are welcome to redeem any one of their ticket stubs for 25% off all healing and revivification.
