The Concerned Citizens know that they are not alone in the battle to save Malton. There are indeed many other groups out there fighting for the same cause. Therefore, we consider Alliances a necessity and a privilege. The following list is a list of allies. VGCats Survivalist Union The first group to ally with us, the VGCSU has similar origins to our own. HECU The Hazardous Environment Combat Unit accepted our offer of alliance on the 19th of September, 2007. Black Mesa The science and security teams from Black Mesa accepted our offer of alliance on the 9th of December, 2007. Enemies: The Citizens have also made an enemy or two along the way. This next list is our enemies list, if you wish to call it that. St. Anastasius' Royal Guard The Royal Guard is a zerg group that declared war on us and countless other groups. Along the way, they managed to irritate Moxx (Leadership Council Place 1) and earned a place on the enemies list 1. 1 The following is Moxx's original message in response to the declaration of war and subsiquent PKing of two of our VGCSU allies in May of 2007 by the Royal Guard. Hello group, this is Moxx, AKA Rencho speaking: Every single member of the (now "disbanded"/"stand down status") St. Anastasius' Royal Guard is to be considered an extremely hostile subject, and must be killed on sight. No prisioners, no mercy, no excuses given. GKing and PKing is already "frohwned" upon (pun intended) by our group, and these Apocalypse lovers seem to hate us beyond their regular hatred towards humanity. You will not rest until every single member of the former Royal Guard lies dead... or is an undead. Former Royal Guard: You will not rest. You will not sleep. You will be forever hunted by us, or at least by me. Everytime you run out of AP, we will be there. Everytime you get revived, we will be there. Everytime you raise as one of the ghouls... we will probably be away... because we hate the smell of the undead. Seriously, take a shower. Anyway, we will kill you.
