A dingy, single story building. There are ten bays with a fenced-in holding area outside. The garage doors are tightly shut and padlocked. One of the lifts has been permanently stuck in the up position, with a Mercedes-Benz GL550 perched atop.

An old, worn out plaque in the foyer reads:
"Founded back in 1977 by Polish immigrant Jack Cosenski and currently run by his son Greg Cosens, Cosens Auto Repair has been providing oil changes, tune ups, windshield replacements, tire rotations, and light collision repair for half a century at low, low prices! Are we crazy? Like a fox!
"Located in South Malton near the cross roads of Arkham, Ruddlebank, and Foulkes Village, Cosens services all makes and models. Cars --- small, midsize, and large! Trucks! SUVs! Crossovers! Our staff has even serviced those new-fangled hybrid vehicles.
"Bring your car in on Sunday, and we'll have hot dogs for the kids and a free gift for Mom."
