This tower is the Mobile Phone Mast for the suburb of East Grayside, which is located in the south-east of Malton.
Currently, the building serves as STARS's GHQ.

10/13/2009 You are standing outside Cousins Towers, a derelict white-stone building with an arched entrance. The building's doors have been left wide open. On the roof of the building, the lights of a mobile-phone mast blink against the sky. There are four other zombies here. There are three dead bodies here.--Zachary Knight
6/1/2009 You are inside Cousins Towers. The floor is flecked with fresh blood. The building has been very heavily barricaded. Also here are Hakimaru (52HP), Zenarchist (50HP), breezycid (50HP) and FieldMarshalVonSnow (60HP).A portable generator has been set up here. It is running, and powering a radio transmitter that's currently set to 27.48 MHz.Somebody has spraypainted STARS General HQ. 28 January 2009 You are inside Cousins Towers. The building has been extremely heavily barricaded.A portable generator has been set up here. It is running, and powering a radio transmitter that's currently set to 27.48 MHz. A plastic Christmas tree has been set up here.
