Danversbank is a quiet little residential suburb of Malton located in the south-east of the city. Prior to the outbreak the suburb was known chiefly for the famous Kilingback Cinema and the family-friendly recreational facilities of the well-maintained parks and museums. Post-outbreak the suburb has become known for the modern art sculptures made of dismembered zombies that now grace these parks, the sounds of carousing from heavily-barricaded pubs such as The Standfast Arms and the frequent zombie feeding groans from the area around South Central Danversbank and Voss Lane Police Department.

Danversbank holds the record for the quickest suburb to fall to the original Big Bash in a time of 8 hours and 30 minutes.

[edit] June 2008

15th June The Kynaston Building [75, 91] has been overrun by zombies. --Disc10 07:20, 15 June 2008 (BST)

14th June Suburb is in acceptable shape. Many members of the DRRP are off on a Malton-wide pub crawl and local survivors will have to do their best without them, at least for a wee while. Revive services are most likely to be affected. --R33F3RM4N 14:38, 14 June 2008 (BST)

[edit] May 2008

23rd May With the passing of The Dead, zombie numbers have dropped. Lots of initial recovery VS cades, one hosp up and lit. Survivor pop low but recovering.Tontoman 01:49, 23 May (EST)

18th May Zombies are everywhere. The big number of undeads makes Danversbank a dangerous place. Though you are in an extremely heavily barricaded building, it´s not recomended be here. Temokz 18 May 2008.

6th May 2008 It would appear that the RRF have mistaken Danversbank for Ridleybank and have ruined Danvers instead of their home town. Not a single building is standing, humans are left wondering if the RRF have decided to relocate their hometown. The man 16:56, 5 May 2008 (BST)

3rd May 2008 Gall General Hospital on the border of Hollomstown and Danversbank has fallen. 40+ zeds inside, 50+ outside.--Kierson 20:35, 3 May 2008 (BST)

The RRF and the DvEM have arrived in the suburb. The N of Danversbank is being laid to waste and S Central has had a significant influx of zombies. Danger level updated accordingly.--R33F3RM4N 23:49, 3 May 2008 (BST)

1st May 2008 Zombie numbers in the suburb have increased significantly in the last 48 hours with 40+ reported in a nine block square in the NE. The Kynaston Building and Sleway Row Police Department have both been ruined and repaired during this time with more action likely. Zombies are suspected to be from the horde destroying Scarletwood. Survivors are advised to get their supplies now. Indications are that the suburb is due to be hit from the West by The Dead. In other news the suburb revivers advise those seeking life to make use of the revive request tool and urge everyone to maintain barricades at appropriate levels. --R33F3RM4N 23:14, 1 May 2008 (BST)

[edit] Barricading Policy

The Provisional Danversbank Barricade Plan is being enforced by the DRRP and other survivors. -- R33F3RM4N 11:16, 20 July 2007 (BST)

The previous barricade plan proposed by Holy Aura Militia is archived at Danversbank Barricade Plan.
