Southeast is under partial survivor and partial occupation, buildings actively going back and forth. North and west are safer, but cades irregular and few lit buildings. Moderately dangerous overall. Danger Updater MDUDC 04:03, 31 January 2018 (UTC)

August

It didn't take long for The Scourge to return to Dartside. With the level of success they had in July, it was inevitable that they would return. This time they concentrated their efforts on the main TRP locations surrounding Tikhon General Hospital (Dartside), ruining and re-ruining as many times as possible.

July

After having found found Greentown fairly quiet, The Scourge moved to Dartside. It didn't take long for them to wreak as much havoc as they could across the east half of the neighbourhood. The locals did not appreciate all this effort, and fought back valiantly.

The suburb boasts a small group of dedicated survivors and a small group of equally-dedicated zombies. No major mobs of either, just dribs and drabs. The central part of the suburb around the Bagnall Building changes hands every few days. So, not deadly, but also not stable. Updated danger level to Dangerous. --Holtzfeller 04:35, 10 December 2010 (UTC)

November

November 23rd

Passed through on my way east last night. By my count there are some 60 or so odd zeds gathered in and around Lyng St. and its surrounding buildings, dragging out survivors ad feasting in the streets. there are a few survivors holed up here and there with no real strong point or central defense. It's a sorry sight. The place is in a bad way. -EzKobra-

November 21st

Dartside has gone from a quiet little burb to a dangerous place in the space of a few days. I'm living proof...or, actually, not-living. The Schalch Hotel was overrun, and I was killed while in a drunken stupor (which is how I usually fall asleep since the outbreak). There are 19 zeds at the nearby Necrotech facility. I'll update the threat level as soon as I post this. -- Roberto Tomba (http://urbandead.com/profile.cgi?id=442711) 23:30, 21 November 2010 (UTC)

The Suburb is coming back together. MOB seems to have moved on. The zombie population is declining, but there are a few remaining clusters. Free Running is suggested. Survivors are discouraged from visiting due to heavy barricades and few entry points, but safe travel is possible. Operations returning to normal. Moderately safe. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Unit720 (talkcontribs) 20:24, 27 June 2009 (BST).

Suburb crawling with many groups of zombies. Nearly every single buuilding is ransacked and ruined, and full of zombies. Many RP's are also in zombie hands. Those buildings still occupied by survivors are barricaded to EHB+, making entry to them very very difficult, in most cases impossible. Running out of AP in this suburb will be fatal. Survivors very strongly encouraged to avoid. Updating to Very Dangerous. --Captain Rhodes II - 15:14, 20th June, 2009 (GMT)

Overcading still an issue. Survivor groups may need to come together to ensure that the barricade plan (or something like it) is working. Likewise, certain revive points (Abarrow; Crumpler) are turing into shooting galleries. Save your ammo, folks. As of latest scouting, the vital southeast corner appears strong, there are few zombies in the area, the necrotech buildings are under human control again, there are an abundance of radio transmitters, and Dartside's 'green' rating is well earned. Also, recommend changing Dartside to RED, most survivor zones are either being overrun or in the warpath.

True there is hardly any building still standing here, and if there was they wont last long with that number of zombies running about, this is a zone that must be avoided as much as possible.

And now you've let any zombie that reads the Dartside page know where a group of survivors is staying... I don't get why you people post that kind of information. And have you actually walked around the whole city?? Your last statement is rather incorrect. --Elliottmess 17:52, 21 April 2008 (BST)

Many buildings standing, lit, and filled with survivors who are fighting not running. Many zeds on the east side of the suburb having a merry time fighting with survivors. The first poster needs to get out more before making wild declarations and giving away survivor plans, not that it really matters. --Squirmydad 21 April 2008

In gruesome overnight attacks, the zombies from the Militant Order of Barhah took St Patrick's Hospital - eliminating 20 survivors there, while feeding feral zombies that were present. The MOB also finished off what remained of the resistance at Brailsford Plaza Police Department - survivors there numbering almost a dozen. Curiously, the PD was found wide open, with the spraypainted note on the wall outside declaring "many survivors hiding inside". Rumors of an internal job are flying. Both of these structures are now ruined. There is little left to destroy in Dartside. --FLZombie 05:24, 11 March 2008 (UTC)

Eyewitnesses report seeing scores of zeds exiting the eastern part of the map of Dartside. It may be an opportunity to retake, repair, and rebuild all of the structures previously occupied by the MOB.--FLZombie 22:03, 11 March 2008 (UTC)

Shapr Boulevard Police Department is in the process of falling. There are 4 survivors and 47 (!) zombies inside. --Kingofallpie 20:03, 10 March 2008 (UTC)

St. Jeremy's Hospital was taken by a group of zombies from the MOB. A grotesque buffet of almost a dozen dragged survivors was left for feral zeds at the front doorstep. One active survivor apparently managed to escape the attack. Later on, a second attack occurred at another hospital, Tikhon General Hospital in eastern Dartside, where dozens of survivors were discovered by zombies. Feeding groans were audible earlier today.

Dartside may be unfortunately also in the path of The Dead on their way through to Buckley Mall in neighboring Buttonville. Survivors are urged to barricade themselves in, and take shifts to defend their positions against what could prove to be more frequent zombie attacks.--FLZombie 05:05, 10 March 2008 (UTC)

Things have taken a turn for the worse at Tikhon General Hospital. Currently zombie numbers far outstrip the number of survivors. If you are a survivor this is NOT the place to be. Tikhon is unlikely to survive to noon today.--Chubby_Topz 09:00, 10 March 2008 (GMT)

My squad was stationed at Tikhon hospital, it's true that the building is in immediate danger. Unfortunately, before my squad was wiped out, there is less than 30 people left in Tikhon. Surviors in surrounding buildings have done little or nothing in assisting us.--Sergeant Hastings 10:38, 10 March 2008 (UTC)

Remarkably, the brave defenders have not fled the carnage. Tikhon Hospital now has 30+ zombies within its midst and roughly 12 survivors. Somebody or some group DID assist the survivors with heals, as many of those who were infected have been healed. This, however has not deterred the zombie horde. Many people have been dragged into the street as survivor numbers continue to dwindle. Survivors in neighbouring buildings have zombie problems of their own to contend with. This may account for the perceived lack of support reported earlier..--Chubby_Topz 14:29, 10 March 2008 (GMT)

Tikhon Medical offers a cheesy poof to each of the corpses of the stalwart defenders, and a raunchy mooning to all our zombie guests. Tikhon would also like to remind survivors there are 4 NecroTech Buildings, 9 hospitals and 3 police departments within about a 6 move radius from Tikhon. Given the sheer mass of rotting flesh moving through Dartside (The Dead, RRF, Militant Order of Barhah and Undeadites, a standing fight is suicide. Scatter and rotate safehouses - or simply flee. - Uncle Elbert 17:11, 10 March 2008 (UTC)

The Militant Order of Barhah has taken both St Ferreol's Hospital and The Rudd Building. They have apparently had a recent influx of newer zombies that have risen from prior attacks, and these are "being fed" by the horde. Feral zombies continue to also reap the benefits of their attacks, since the MOB also drags many of their victims into the streets. Dartside is rapidly succumbing to the same fate that befell Greentown. Survivors are cautioned to stay indoors at all times and make haste with preparations for repelling large hordes of zombies, should it become necessary. Those that do not wish to fall prey to the MOB should head south.--FLZombie 20:47, 9 March 2008 (UTC)

Well that didn't last very long. Status report from Tikhon Medical Scout. The area has been turned into a large smocking pile of rubble it seems...

Tikhon East: 17 zeds outside, 9 zeds inside, Ruined.
Blakesley PD: 6 zeds outside, 69 zeds inside, Ruined (probably most recent hit).
Shapr PD: 16 zeds outside, 9 zeds inside, Ruined
Warehouse: 4 zeds outside, Ruined
Factory: 7 zeds outside, Lights on
St. Jeremy's: 6 zeds outside, ? inside, Ruined
St. Faustina's: 3 zeds outside, ? inside, Ruined
St. Patrick's: 11 zeds outside, not ruined, status unknown
Brailsford: 1 zed outside, Lights on.
Chaplen Building: 0 zeds outside, ? inside, Ruined
Harrold Hotel: 0 zeds outside or inside, Ruined

That is the current status of the area as of the time of this post. I was in Blakesley PD trying to restock on ammo when it got hit, which happend about 13 hours ago from the time of this post which puts it at about 1:00 AM GMT. Only lasted a few hours and that's due to sheer number of survivors that were in the building at the time. That and some of the zeds it seems used up their AP and had to wait a while before carrying on with their attack. That's the end of my report, Over and Out. --Matt 14:50, 1 November 2007 (UTC)

October 24th

From what I know (and thats not alot in this case) on the Big Bash is that it is a few organized zombie groups taking a trip round malton. Not realy corridinating more then saying which suburb/area or direction to attack and a general idea of what they intend to do, which is cause mayhame and destruction on a large scale. This of course has attracted a large number of Ferals who decided to follow the Big Bash and join in, causing even more mayham and general chaos where ever the Big Bash goes. This means that it's not entirely organized but it's shear size is the problem. Even without an organized attack time on buidings the large number of zombies randomly attacking means that, unless a place has a 24 hour guard and a larger number of survivors inside then zombies outside, it's going to get the occasional random break in. Which if it turns bad alot of other zombies notice and all rush in to kill & destroy as much as they can before they get evicted or they ruin the place. If your lucky only a couple manage to get in before someone rebarricades the place and people start evicting the zombies that got in before they cause too much damage. That's all I have figured out from what little I know. So this is Tikhon Medical Scout signing off. --Matt 15:28, 24 October 2007 (BST)

Just for everyone's FYI the last time the Big Bash came through Dartside they rampaged through the town and turned it red over night....no building was left occupied by the living. It would be wise for any healer/ reviver to get their supplies and move. Come back after the horde leaves and revive and re-cade. --Evl kitty 17:00, 27 October 2007 (BST)

October 23rd

The Big Bash also often takes out buildings of strategic value to survivors in neighboring, but not targeted, suburbs -- whether by design, or through a "feral spillover" effect is hardly relevant. In this manner, St-Matthew's Hospital has been ruined and the Highton NT is breached and under attack. With this and the many ferals moving through the general area, the suburb may no longer qualify for "safe" status. --WanYao 15:18, 23 October 2007 (BST)

The Big Bash decimates suburbs. You are not facing an organized horde, rather ferals brought to Dartside via feeding Groans.--User:Axe27/Sig 16:04, 23 October 2007 (BST)

  • Crackling* This is Tikhon Medical Scout reporting. With both suburbs to our north & north-east now at red danger rating, our own green status is under threat . Hopefuly we won't need to change it to red. This is to inform everyone to be on the alert as it is believed that the Big Bash are heading in this direction. It would be wise to stock up on needed supplies and check the status of all Resource Buildings and learn where your entry points are. If you intend to flee, please inform your friends at least so they know that you are leaving and not gotten killed. Saves them AP looking for you or asking where you are in a wasted attempt to revive you. And please don't panic. *hollering and screaming can be heard from the other end of the radio* I said DON'T panic, not panic. *sighs* why don't some people listen. Also be advised as the Big Bash is not a Mall Tour they will most likely be attacking all Resource Buildings and not just the Malls, so make sure you have a safe house that is not an Resource Building as a fall back point. That is all, over and out. *Crackle* --Matt 13:47, 21 October 2007 (BST)

The Militant Order of Barhah has reduced Dartside to shredded boards and clumps of mortar. This 'burb is offically a tomb. Thanks for all the meals, our baby zombies grew fat and deadly while smashing the futile attempts to restore order. The only hope left is to join our rank ranks and embrace the Way of Barhah. Why "survive" when you can "THRIVE" under the gentle and guiding claw of the one true Prophet? --Drag'n'Feast 23:51, 27 July 2007 (BST)
There is still life in Dartside, zombie, and it's not joining you. In the end, we'll see who's the stronger. --Fenian 00:08, 28 July 2007 (BST)
Who was stronger is quite obvious. There may be life, but not enough to feed even a mildly hungry baby zambah. We'll move on and let you try to rebuild your RED suburb so we can come back someday and feast again. Grogh 04:52, 29 July 2007 (BST)
And the rest of the Dartside are enjoying a nice cup of tea somewhere else in Malton, enjoying a nice vacation and/or roadtrip. Great. --  AHLGTG THE END IS NIGH! 05:56, 29 July 2007 (BST)

Survivors have regained a definite foothold in the suburb, and fighting to retake the suburb from the zombie forces continues. Shapr Boulevard PD is down, with zombies both inside and out. Tikhon Medical and Blakesley Grove PD are in survivor hands. --Fenian 04:28, 21 July 2007 (BST)

No, they're not. It'll take more than what you've done to keep us away. --Morrrrth 03:09, 22 July 2007 (BST)
Damn. --Fenian 02:40, 24 July 2007 (BST)
Ok, do you really think it's a good idea to advertise these buildings? "We've retaken these buildings, come and get us!" I would advise that you please keep tactical information regarding the security of fellow survivors away from public access. --Turner Calton 14:01, 4 August 2007 (BST)

After a brief struggle all undead squatters have been tossed out of Tikhon and the building reoccupied by survivors. Cades at EHB, generator fully powered. Everybody come help hold the damn thing this time! -- Arthur Patstone

Yeah, now I have no personal problems with Irish Republican Army, but I would like to ask you guys to knock it off with the Brit bashing tags around Dartside. Mine and a few other groups have been in Dartside for over a year and a couple of those groups are "Brits". Thanks in advance --Evl kitty 17:07, 19 June 2007 (BST)

We'll try to be more specific as to which citizens of the UK we find morally reprehensible. We actually like most of them. We'll change it to Imperialists, I think. That way it won't target the British in particular, and will still get the message across that we don't like imperial types. We'll be doing that next time we have a tagging run.

Edit: Having discussed with various members of the Dartside community, we have severely reprimanded the member who posted the offensive tag. The view that he expressed therein does not represent the views of our group. We would like to apologize on his behalf on behalf of our group for the offensive tag. It will be replaced with a more apropraite tag within the next several days. For a full discussion on this issue, see our group page discussion section. --Fenian 02:31, 20 June 2007 (BST)

Oswald General Hospital is quiet, but unbarricaded. In it with me is just one really high-level Regulator. There's already a generator-- electricity and cades would be nice. There were a lot of zeds here before, but they're gone now Thysa 18:41, 14 June 2007 (BST)

Ten zombies are attacking Tikhon General Hospital. A few are also attacking Boulevard Police. There has also been some zed activity around Sofltey Row.- Fenian 9:52 PM Central, 29th May, 2007

May 23rd

The Irish Republican Army has moved members into the Dartside area and are working to combat the zombies and help to secure the suburb. They have also declared that they shall work to make the suburb a stronghold for free survivors and a bastion for safety in the city. They are recruiting volunteers to the cause. -Fenian, 10:49 Central 23rd May, 2007

Somehow, I question your motives and sincerity. I sure as heck question your allegiances. This should prove interesting. By all means, help secure an already secure suburb. - Elbert Gray 18:21, 24 May 2007 (BST)
I assure you, Elbert, our intentions are pure. We need a stronghold, the Dartside-Greentown area has a history of Irish influence (the Emerald Guard, Saint Patrick's Hospital, etc.), and our goal is to keep the suburb secure, and to stamp out all hostile zed activity. Put it at green and keep it that way.- Fenian, 11:00, 27th May, 2007
I'm a believer that actions speak louder than words, and my experience with the IRA so far is only words. The words make me uneasy and cautious, but I'll hold any final opinions until I see what you guys are really all about. Elbert Gray 16:53, 29 May 2007 (BST)
On behalf of the RA we say hello. If you would like to help out with the few remaining z's in the area , then by all means. Please remind your members to scan first and do not revive the undeadfers. Thanks --Evl kitty 21:30, 24 May 2007 (BST)
Welcome to Dartside, IRA, and greetings from Russia. We already have three active survivor groups: RA, Tikhoners and Octopopers, with dozens of soldiers hiding in the far corners from our (UndeadFER) not numerous members. It seems to me that we need two or three more rivals to start having real fun. --Kurt sss 09:39, 25 May 2007 (BST)
I disagree with Kurt sss, even without the zombies we have all manner of enemy PK'ers and most detestable RP rapists bounding about the city. I say Welcome to the Fianna and thier mission. It is no different than the mission of each and every survivors group out here. Rather than directing our animosity towards this groups choice of name, concentrate your efforts towards supporting the very ideals you profess and eliminate the threat to common decency. I do it everyday and warn those who have committed PK or RP rape, that I do not stand alone and your actions have consequences. These parasites rely on apathy if you have seen a PK /RP R? It's going very well, keep the revive queues flowing and keep healing the wounded. A FAK in time is worth seven claw attacks as my granny used to tell me. The only problem you face is in the south-east, where the UndeadFER horde continues to conduct their daily raid, but those who fall are easily revived. Remember, the zeds can take the odd building but Dartside is ours. --Nuabreed 21:47, 18 May 2007 (BST)

April 26th

Dartside is almost completely overrun by zeds. Every hospital has been cracked open and ransacked, there is no safe place anymore. --Tri4skid

When was that new news? Its been that way for weeks. I mean, look at the last two announcements: one is demanding more survivors, and one is attempting to get a revive queue out of the way. I can't even keep a building barricaded for one day. --RedShadowHero 06:33, 27 April 2007 (BST)

April 17th

Dartside has become much safer at this moment. Survivors are very welcome to come back here and sleep in Dartside buildings. But please remember to NOT over barricade. Thank you. --Kurt sss 09:49, 17 April 2007 (BST)

Coming from you, a member of the Dartside Conversion Force, I would not trust you on that. --RedShadowHero 21:53, 17 April 2007 (BST)
I would have to agree... I've seen you do your fair share of damage, Kurt. Nice try though. There are still zombie mobs scattered about the area and not enough survivors to fend off an attack.--Gizzrd 15:09, 23 April 2007 (BST)

February 19th

As a result of Marven Mall's collapse and the utter ransacking of all of its surroundings, zombies have come from South Blythville and are moving southeast to Dartside. The following was attributed to Sindy Saint:

New Goals:

  1. RUS and Sindy in "Murals Across Dartside!"
  2. Power Outage 2007
  3. Bringing The House Down!

From the "plans" I think it is safe to state the following:

  1. Involves RUS and Sindy performing grafiti and tagging around Dartside.
  2. Involves RUS and Sindy destroying generators.
  3. Probably refers to RUS and Sindy tearing down cades and barriers we have set up.

This news update was brought to you by moi. Thanks for listening. Now back to your regular zombie-slaying programming.

This is a suburb-wide annoucement for those both passing through and those keeping current residence. Two known PK'er's have been randomly killing survivors. Some of you already know their names, while some of you may not: they are Sindy Saint & RichUncleSkeleton. If you are killed by either zombies or PK'ers please make your way to a revive point and we will get to you as soon as possible. Also NO COMBAT REVIVING and NO RANDOM REVIVING, SCAN FIRST. If you are combat reviving or not scanning you are personally responsible for PK'ers being revived as well as allowing zombies to gain entrance to buildings to bring down barricades for their friends---who will kill them and then rise to kill you. Use the revive forum http://s9.invisionfree.com/Revives/ to make a request then go to the designated areas provided. --John Blast 05:10, 20 January 2007 (UTC)

January 18th

It has been brought to our attention that RichUncleSkeleton has alluded to being a Regulators Alliance member. At the current time, due to past differences we now have a standing truce as well as respect for RUS, we have not accepted him as a member. Be it further known that there are no future endeavors to do so as well. We wish him the best of luck, but again he is not now nor has he ever been a member of the Regulators Alliance hopefully this can avoid any confusion on the subject of membership and affiliation, thank you --John Blast 05:50, 18 January 2007 (UTC).

Update: In regards to RUS alleging to be in the Regulators Alliance...let it be know that this is a well known tactic that people will do when they want to grief people or bring down the hatchet on someone they dislike. Can you think of a better way to try to discredit or peeve someone than to claim to be in their group? There is currently no way to authenticate group allegiances and one can pretty much place whatever they want to in their namespace/groupspace. As the poster above, John Blast, has indicated, Rich Uncle Skeleton (RUS) is not a member of the Regulators Alliance. As far as I am concerned, this goes for ANY group out there, if you are in doubt about a group or have issues with someone who claims to be a member of that group, then do some legwork and educate yourself. Most active groups have a list of members or a way to contact them. Don't be deceived so easily people. --Mallydobb 21:58, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
  • Time:1350 EST. Shapr PD has been hit and hit hard. At last count there were 11 zombies, DCF and UndeadFER. The smell is overpowering (don't they shower?) and the building is in shambles. December

December 28th

'Twas several days after Christmas| and all through the town| Several zombies tore| the barricades down.| The survivors were sleeping| all tucked in thier beds| while the rampaging zombies| bit off their heads.| Such curses were spoken| with no questions at ease| Why did they do this?| I thought there would be peace!| But to one sadened priest| he just shook his head| he scolded himself| for trusting the undead| As he loaded his shotgun| he let his anger vent| READY YOUR WEAPONS SIBLINGS!| TIS TIME TO REPENT!

December 26th

Sindy is running around, "loving" everyone to death and showing her affection to the general public. Keep your eyes out for zombies. Also, several buildings were not caded very well, keep the cades up. That and team work will keep all you survivors alive. --Mallydobb 13:25, 26 December 2006 (UTC)

December 22nd

It would appear that the Christmas noose has tightened around my neck, for I am unable to speak against my enemy. We are all still brothers and sisters, merely bickering over nonsense. In that thought, I propose this...

On the day of Christmas, let there not be a single shot fired. Let there not be blood shed on the most cherrished day of the year. Let there be, instead, a day of peace between the factions. Let there be celebration of the day and not the cries of battle! I will personally step outside and attempt to shake the hand of my enemy, for I know that we are all siblings on this planet. Whether you are Russian, North American, German, Canadian, Australian, African, Japanese, or anyother of the countless countries, you are a sibling of mine and a sibling to us all!

So what say you Dartside? Shall we not have peace one day a year? Shall we not put aside our differences and opinions for a moment and celebrate? It doesn't matter which religion or belief system you are in, Christmas is the day when everyone deserves a break from the fighting. Let there be silence brothers. Let there be tranquility sisters. LET THERE BE PEACE! --Father Joe

NAH MANZ. No peace with food... --Deadsavini
No Peas? Wouldn't be Christmas without it. --Mallydobb 18:40, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
Uh.. Father, since you called for wrath of Odin several time or something like that, I thought you are a heathen.
And when we talk about Christmas and a cease fire what particular dates and times are we talking about? --JohnRubin 19:36, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
I thought I was the only one who noticed that. Regardless, how about December 25th entire day and let's say 6hrs prior to, and 6hrs after. That should cover everyone's time zones. What do you think John? --John Blast 02:27, 23 December 2006 (UTC)
My thought was to have peace this ENTIRE week. No building or destroying buildings or characters. Just having the holidays the right way. Coming together, not exchanging gifts, enjoying eachother's company, etc. No violence. No bickerings. True peace. --Father Joe24 December.

December 12th

The Christmas season has settled on our community. A time of giving, and a time of visiting relatives. A time when it would seem wrong to kill another person. But zombies have no feelings. So it would only seem fit to give them at least one present this year. As much lead as you can grab hold of! For the undead menace brings only death and distruction to the human Christmas tree! Siblings! Spread yourselves to make sure there are no zombies in ANY building in the community! Make sure that there are plenty of VS buildings for your newer brothers and sisters to sleep in. And most of all, REPENT! -IIIII'm baaaaaaaack!

This is the undeadfers, now grouped together as the Dartside Conversion Force. If you have a grudge against them, take them out. --RedShadowHero 19:02, 11 December 2006 (UTC)
Even in my death, I will fight them! Even as my own brothers and sisters destroy my rotting body, I will fight the Dartside Conversion Force! They will not win! They will not destroy us! WE WILL LIVE AGAIN!! REPENT! -Guess who!

December 6th

Father Joe, I extend the olive branch of peace to you. No hard feelings. Thanks for toning it down a bit. If we are to keep the 'burb alive and healthy we need to be united and have all this devisive behavior set aside and have all humans and like minded people together. I also am dropping any issues and conflicts I might have with any other people (anything with the breath of life in them). These times are too rough and life is too valuable to be wasting on bitching and moaning. Unless the moaning is a zombie or Sindy Saint. They can all kiss the business end of my shotgun. ;)

People, keep the 'cades up and zombies down. --Mallydobb 19:39, 6 December 2006 (UTC)

I accept the branch, for "Tis the season". I see now the intentions you have, and I shall keep them in mind the next time I take the altar. -Father Joe
Good. Can we get to work ridding Darside of those darn wakers and that even more troublesome Sindy Saint? --RedShadowHero 06:22, 8 December 2006 (UTC)

December 6th

Pollet has been broken into again. It seems to be a hot spot for organized attacks, since theres always 5-10 z's once the cades go down. 6 in there as of 2am -7gmt. With about 15 survivors, cades are at VS. Keep an eye out for spy's, pkers/gkers and the like. - Ginko san

December 5th

The Undeadfers made another attack on Pollet, but the incident was contained once again. 5 Zeds now attacking Brailsford PD, who are hanging in there.

December 4th

Several Zombies got inside Pollet, all now dealt with, but I fear many survivors may have fallen.

December 3rd

It has been stated that Father Joe has been put on formal notice to cease and desist his incoherant and inciteful speach. He has been asked kindly to leave Dartside. It has also been noted on the Dartside talk page that the Regulator's Alliance has not declared war on anyone and is just striving for a free and safe Dartside, for all survivors. It is my personal opinion that there are currently no groups in this suburb that are actively in a battle or seeking conflict with anyone. --Mallydobb 19:39, 6 December 2006 (UTC)

December 1st

Truely, FERocious Undead is a menace that sneaks in the night. AGAIN they have attacked multiple stations and again, they have murdered many survivors. Their spies are thick within the city, for it would seem that they seek to destroy the voices of Dartside. With a heavy heart, I regret my next action to move to the SW corner of Dartside. May you continue to repent in this time of darkness. -Father Joe

November

November 30th

Zombies broke into Brailsford PD and killed everyone inside (including me).

Do you now see, my siblings?! Do you now see what we are up against?! These are not merely stupid zombies. They are coordinated, skilled, and determind in their goal. What goal is that? TO KILL US!! To rid Dartside of all human life! To destroy everything we have worked so hard to build! What should we do, brothers and sisters? Defend our walls! Hold them off! Let no zombie be left standing! REPENT! -Father Joe

November 29th

PK'er Sindy Saint (http://www.urbandead.com/profile.cgi?id=643517) is running around and causing more problems. People, you know how to deal with rubbish like that, take it out. Also, do not revive her under any circumstance. Father Joe, lighten up a bit...stirring up too much stuff here I think. People, this is our home. Keep it safe and kick some butt out there :) mallyd

November 27th

FERocious Undead are to blame for the recent attacks upon our homes! They are organizing against us at this very moment! Just the other night an entire assault force of them broke into my house and killed everyone inside(including myself, of course). By the motions of the zombies, they definantly planned this attack to eliminate me and my helper, Foggy. This cannot be allowed to continue! Repentance and war are bursting through our gates while we still twindle our thumbs! TAKE UP ARMS, MY SIBLINGS! THE TIME FOR BATTLE IS NOW!!! REPENT! -Father Joe

November 23rd

Siblings of Dartside! I wish you all a very happy Thanksgiving! I thank all of you for banding together in this time of crisis. I thank you for reviving those who needed it. I thank you for repenting for as long as you have. And I thank every last player (human or not), for making this MMORPG turn out to be a fun, challenging, and slightly addictive game. Thank you my siblings, now...REPENT! For Christmas is right around the corner! You are not yet ready for the son of The Lord or a Santa Clause to enter your house while you sleep! Clean the turkey-blood stained dishes and dump the zombie corpse outside! Deck the halls! And most importantly: REPENT! -Father Joe

November 20th

CuIT, and I use the word loosely, is responsible for Jimmy Hellstrom/Nekro Tex type (rape) attacks on female survivors near the Giddings Mall area. If this sicko is found, KOS and DO NOT REVIVE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If you have his whereabouts post on the appropriate suburb news.--John Blast 15:26, 20 November 2006 (UTC)

November 19th

Alright. I see how it is. You don't really want to survive. This place is just a buffet for zombies, right? Because when I opened my eyes today, I found that EACH AND EVERY HOSPITAL ON THE CHAIN WAS UNDER ATTACK! Fausina's: 8 zeds outside. Patrick's: 6 inside. Tihkon General: 2 inside. Jeremy's: 2 outside. WHAT THE FLYING NUN ARE YOU INCOMPERABLE MORONS DOING?! I'LL TELL YOU WHAT MOST OF YOU ARE DOING! NOT A DAMN THING! You are going to sit there and let these creatures eat you because YOU ARE TOO LAZY TO GET UP AND FIGHT! I know now why Odin has forsaken these lands. For his children do not move when needed. Repent, you idiots. REPENT. -Father Joe

November 18th

It appears our rotting friends have moved to another target, the St. Faustina Hospital RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET! Last time I checked, there where eight of them (one severly injured by a certain bat). This attrosity WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! But wait! Whats this?! EVERYONE IS SITTING AROUND, NOT PROTECTING THEIR NEIGHBORS!!! Rise now, my siblings! Rise to meet the challenge! For the prize is life! Your life! REPENT! -Father Joe

November 17th

St. Jeremy has been purged of the infection! The fight was long, but we, the survivros, prevailed over evil once more! With myself finishing off the last two inside (my apologies if they were "survivors"). Those who fought will need their rest, but this is still no time for celebration. So long as the menace continues to stand after their defeat, we must stand watch to crush them back into the soil! Repent, my fellow siblings! REPENT! -Father Joe

November 16th

If you find yourself in entry buildings do NOT overbarricade them. You hinder people from entering and leave them out in the streets. Get free run if you are a lower level so you dont have to stay in the entry points. Also Father Joe I have left you a messsage in the discussion area so that you can contact us (I guess you haven't seen it) --Evl kitty 13:44, 16 November 2006 (UTC)

I haven't seen "it" because I know not of "its" location. But in other news: It has been a chaotic day as Shapr AND St. Jeremy's has come under attack. Even while I write this, undead munch away at the resting survivors. Folks, this is intolerable. SHAPR MUST BE OVER-BARRICADED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES. If we simply leave it open for those without Free Running, the demons will easily tear it apart! Spenting much needed resources in the process! Repent, simple-tons of humanity! FOr the blood of your brothers and sisters are dripping from your hands today! REPENT! -Father Joe

November 15th

It appears a small seige is underway as a couple zombies are found loitering around the PDs and Hospitals. It may not seem like much, but we have seen in the past what a few determind infidels can do. Guards, to your posts! Rain down destruction upon the attackers! Spill the fire from the walls unto thy enemy! Make them see that we will NOT merely roll over and accept defeat! Repent, my siblings! REPENT! -Father Joe.

November 13th

Father Joe, usher the sheep to another building. Keep the resource buildings as McFahey needs them. McFahey understand, that they will be ransacked & smashed it will cost you a few extra ap's before you can search but you'll be able to get the supplies you need. Oh, and Father try not to mention where your taking them on here... --John Blast 21:39, 13 November 2006 (UTC)

I believe your intentions are true, but I need more information on your plan. Find a way to contact me. -Father Joe

November 12th

What do these vile creatures want with Shapr PD?! It seems once a week they breakin and cause chaos. McFahey, I understand your concern. But it seems that the enemy targets the vital buildings with the least secure walls. My advice is to get Free Running. If you can't, then we will leave the doors slightly open to you. But we can only hold the door for so long! ALSO, the reason the PDs are overbarricaded is to ensure the safety of the survivors in rest and to hold vital buildings. I will also do what I can to re-secure that building. We shall triumph over this setback! REPENT! -Father Joe

November 12th

Shapr PD hold three zeds inside its walls with a number of survivors. I dumped a body and closed the doors but there are NO barricades on the building!! ALSO, the police stations are being overbarricaded when they aren't being seiged. In order to fight this zombie hoard we as police officers must have a place for resources. Keep the barricades sane and your police force will do what we can. -McFahey

November 11th

In our rest, Dartside has grown lazy. Just today, I have seen two determind zombies take the VS Shapr down to Lightly Barricaded. Just West of Blakesly Grove, four zombies gather in the waste. And what are we doing to stop them? NOT A D*** THING! What are you ungratefuls doing?! The fate of human-kind is on the brink of extinction in this world and your TAKING THE DAY OFF?!?! REPENT! Repent now! Awake to the alarm call! There is no snooze button on war! The doorbell is not a salesperson! It is death! For you have allowed him to get this close! Let no zombie claw at the door like a locked out dog! KILL THE ZOMBIE HEATHENS! DESTROY THEIR MEETINGS! FIGHT THEM OFF! REPENT! -Father Joe

November 10th

Pollet Street Railway Station has been destroyed! Although I did what my human body could do, there are still three zombies within the ransacked confinements of the station. Take this building back! Free Runners can travel north safely while this building is barricaded, and our surviving friends to the north are fighting for every step they take! Shapr Boulevard, you have 3 zombies knocking on your door and you do nothing?! Open your VS door and blast the vile creatures! Just because the walls are high, doesn't mean that the zombie won't get in! Get up and fight! The prize of life to the winner of this war! Repent, my fellow siblings! Repent! -Father Joe

-P.S. Evl kitty, I plan to head to the north-west section to secure those buildings. Rally a couple high-levelers so we may surge forth and take back our town! We strike on this coming Sunday afternoon, 1pm. For the survivors of this world! REPENT!

Update: Dryer Sheet has infiltrated Blakesley Grove PD and killed me in my sleep. I do not know why or if anyone else survived, but by the powers of Odin himself I will make sure Dryer Sheet REPENTS!! Those still inside I ask you to kill him quickly! Destroy the sinner! He seeks alliance with the demons of this world! And he shall meet them the most painful way we can! Repent siblings! Repent! -Father Joe

November 7th

We have 11 zombies outside the Dunford FD. Get your shotguns out and blast away. Remember to keep cades up and leave non essential buildings at VSB sosurvivors can get in. If you need a revive get to the revive points.--Evl kitty 13:47, 7 November 2006 (UTC)

November 3rd

Hold strong residents of St Ferrels Hospital! Help will come for you within the next day! If your walls have fallen, get to St. Jeremeys Hospital and the buildings around it. If tired, relocate to another building. If both, pray. Help will come! Your saviors will assist you! You will see your family again! REPENT Stant! REPENT! -Father Joe

November 2nd

Shapr Boulevard Police Dept has been smashed and ransacked, its residents eaten (yummy-yummy). Father Joe was not available for comment - perhaps he is too busy finding a revive-point --JohnRubin 14:57, 2 November 2006 (UTC)

Update: You sonovabit JohnRubin! How dare you do this?! Survivors around Shapr Boulevard, repel the attackers! Slay every zombie you see! Even though I myself have been slain, I will continue to kill the bastards that destroyed our homes! REPENT NOW! REPENT NOW! DESTROY THE DEMONS! SLAY THE UNDEAD! FIGHT TO THE LAST ACTION POINT! FIGHT TO THE LAST USER! FIGHT! FOR THE EXISTANCE! OF MAN!!! -Father Joe

P.S. I'm comin' for your ass, Johnny. In my death I know you will keep winning, but I will keep coming for ya the next day. And the next day. And the day after that! You will repent! My foot, your ass. Match made in heaven.

November 1st

The fog has cleared and the world has been updated! Still no rifles, but the factory has been cleared and fortified. As for you JohnRubin, you may affiliate yourself with a survivor group, but in your death I will only see you as the murderous, traitorous, bastardization of humanity that you are! You shall feel Odin's wrath upon your face should you EVER so much as TOUCH my fellow bretheren! REPENT FOR YOUR END IS VERY MUCH NIGH! THE HUMANS WILL TRIUMPH! WE SHALL OVERCOME! -Father Joe

October

October 31st

First the red blot in the middle, now this. The makers of this world must be zombies themselves! To be blind to the danger and STILL create this fog, they MUST be evil! They laugh at our grievances! But we mere mortals will not stop. No. We will keep our heads high. We will continue to exist. For the powers of Odin, we shall persist! We shall fight on! We! Shall! LIVE! Check your maps before moving ANYWHERE! Be sure to secure all buildings previously stated. Our own factory was broken into. I had no choice but to leave two resting bretheren to the mercy of a flak-jak wearing zombie. If they are to read this in death, I pray that they will simply exit that building. A Scientist will be there to help. Hold now, siblings of humanity! Hold against the evil storm! Brace for the tide of death, and you shall halt it! REPENT! -Father Joe

October 29th

I count 18 red suburbs in the center of Malton. That means that there is at least 2700 zombies directly north of our little suburb. And why is that? Because those who lived there were cowardly! They ran off and abandoned their posts at the sight of them! Well we WILL NOT RUN! We will STAY! We will PURGE the zombies from our suburb and DEFEND it to the LAST MAN, WOMAN, AND CHILD! REPENT! -Father Joe

October 25th

"Wasted Talent" is now a suspected killer for the murder of MrFraggy. After killing the player and destroying the generator, he stated "You need zombie skills" and left. To all survivors: KILL THIS TRAITOREOUS SINNER! He chooses to steal Odin's gift from his own bretheren with little cause, therefore, he must REPENT! -Father Joe

October 23rd

St. Patrick Hospital chain is under attack! The barricades are GONE! At least two zombies reached the inside! If you have a character in the area help secure that building! Unite against death! Repent! -Father Joe

October 20th

Greentown and Dartside are in relative chaos. All those in Dartside should help secure these buildings: (Police Dept.) Blakesley Grove, Shapr Boulevard, Brailsford Plaza (Hospital) Tikhon, St. Jeremy, St. Faustina, St. Patrick. Don't overbarricade the warehouse or factory that connect these buildings. If you are currently inside these buildings, KEEP BARRICADING! For the love of (insert god/ess here), don't let this section fall! If you die, head north. Nano-techs that "can't" fight should leave as well. Revive our lost soldiers so that humanity can continue. Fight on, my fellow survivors! Fight on! -Father Joe

October 19th

Quick sweep of Dartside reveals 4 active zombies and 8 dead bodies counted(as it was a quick sweep, not all areas have been counted for dead bodies). However, with the very real threat of the incomming invasion and as Father Joe said, overbarricade significant buildings, while leaving adjacent buildings open for those with free running. With that in mind it is important that all survivors obtain the free running skill, if you have not already. beware of zombie spies, and PKers. This is a prime time for them as well, and everyone should be on the lookout for them. Organize before they rise! -Ginko san, 12am(-7gmt) 19/10/2006

October 17th

The attack has been suppressed and the defences are extremely heavy. All those within Dartside should head NE. At this time there is a large blob of red in the middle of Malton. And I fear it will head for the large green smudge. Do not overbarricade worthless buildings (warehouses, factories, etc) that are connected to other buildings so those with Free Running can get to overbarricaded vital buildings (Nano-tech centers, Police Dept, Hospitals, Malls, etc). The day of reckoning is closing in upon us! Repent! Slay the infernal creatures that plague the streets of Dartside! WE WILL TAKE BACK MALTON! WE WILL LIVE! -Father Joe, 7:30 pm(Chicago) 10/17/06

October 13th

The Shapr Boulevard has come under attack by multiple zombies, some infiltrating the barricades. Several survivors were killed in the attack including myself (Father Joe). Conditions of the buildings surrounding the Police Department are unknown but are presumed to be under the same attacks. Survivors are holding but it is also unknown how long it may last. Medics, Nano-techs, and Construction workers within Dartside are needed to help rebuild the defences. -Father Joe, 12:45 pm(Chicago) 10/13/06

September

September 21st

The following individual Nekro Tex and his alt Jimmy Hellstorm are responsible for graphic detailed violent sexual assault attacks against female survivors. Ocurring in Ruddlebank and South Blythville, with sightings in Dartside. If you are a target or witness an attack take a screen capture and contact the DEM (see link for full report). --John Blast 04:29, 22 September 2006 (BST)

September 19th

Dartside is infested with hordes of zombies...most of the police stations are wide open and with remanents of zombies strike groups waiting for a meal...we need immedient assistance from any organization

Did a complete sweep. There were *12* zombies in all of Dartside. 5 of them at a revive point. None of them near the Police stations. There was a small cluster of nine (including the 5 at the revive point) in the north west. There were two open buildings out of 27 surveyed (Mechel Bank and the Curley Building). The police stations were EHB, VHB, and VSB respectively. The hospitals were all good. Dartside is a very safe place right now. --ZaqWer 00:08, 21 September 2006 (BST)

Quick update to this: just finished a zed that was roaming between the PD's. easy kill.

June

June 31st

Dartside has 100 or so zombies in the area. This is not a safe area at the moment. Most survivors in dartside have been killed. Do not sleep in Hospitals or PDS . They are being broken into nightly and all inside are being attacked or killed. Be a smart survivor! Barricade all open buildings. If you need a revive go to Corless Way and request revivification on the Blythville Gang Message Board with a link to your profile. --Fath3r0f4 14:15, 31 June 2006 (GMT -5)

June, 26th

Brailsford Plaza PD is smashed open by the Big Bash and the hapless defenders are dragged outside to be eaten by the hungry horde.

June 24th

Advance parties of the Big Bash lurches into Dartside after finding low pickings in Williamsville.

Undated Old News

Strobeone- Shapr PD and the surrounding areas have been attacked by huge numbers of zombies, at the moment there is atleast 100+ zombies roaming, alot possibly my fello survivors. the population of the area went from 78 survivors to 7. the other buildings in the area have a low surrvivor population. This has been a very secure area for a long time, and the evidence suggests an organised attack. I would urge low level survivors to stay out of the area for now, but all military, or survivors with weapons to go to Dartside and clean the streets. Dartside forever.
