According to the barricade plan drawn up by the survivor group The Abandoned, these Police Departments are to be barricaded up to Very Strongly only. This is to ensure that survivors without free running may seek refuge within the walls of the Police Department buildings.

Retallick Walk Police Department is over-barricaded please take it down, a few like me almost died getting out of Brooke Hills because of it. - Mr.Blonde
