Lights are on, EHB
Richmond Hills [35, 32]
You are standing outside a factory, a four-storey red-bricked building that has seen better days.
Old Fabric factory filled with rusted equipment and decaying spools of fabrics. The upper stories show signs of fire and the roof has partially collapsed.
Originally opened in 1923 as a popcorn factory. Sold to Quaker Fabrics in 1981. Company went bankrupt in 1994 and the building had been empty ever since.
In accordance with the Richmond Hills Barricade Plan, this factory should be maintained at Extremely Heavily Barricaded (EHB).
