[edit] Description

This is a factory located in the suburb of Rolt Heights. Owned by the RH Brewing Company, this factory once produced beer for export and local consumption. Built in 1979, the factory was known for brewing some of the more popular RH-brand beers like "RH Golden", "RH Smooth", "RH Stone Cold", and "RH Lite". Of course RH Lite was more popular with the company's exports as Rolt Height's local residents preferred harder liquor and didn't fancy anything being "watered down", so to speak.

These days the factory is empty... of beer at least. During the evacuation and subsequent zombie attacks of the "Malton Incident", people helped themselves to the factory's beer. While unconfirmed it's believed that most of this beer was carted off to the Burchell Arms by a group of unknown survivors. Some speculate it may have been the work of known beer-enthusiasts the Burchell Arms Regulars, but to this day no facts support that claim. Well, no facts from someone who isn't already drunk at the time.

[edit] Barricade Policy

This building should be Very Strongly (VS+2) barricaded at all times. This is in accordance with the mutually supported Rolt Heights Barricade Plan set forth in agreement with local survivor groups. This building is meant to serve as a shelter for Malton's inexperienced survivors and an entry point into the more fortified buildings around it.

It should be noted that as no specific survivor group monitors nor maintains the barricades associated with this barricade plan, so therefore it is not considered to be enforced. As such, survivors should always expect to find the barricades set at varying levels depending on the survivors inside the building. For the most part though, survivors should always expect to find this building over-barricaded rather than under-barricaded simply due to survivor nature.
