Description

This is a factory located in the suburb of Rhodenbank which belongs to the "In Store Technologies" company. The factory's front entrance faces Lindell Grove, with a truck loading bay located at the rear entrance. The factory itself manufactured a variety of computer parts from motherboards to power supplies. Most of the buyers for "In Store Technologies" were located in other suburbs, requiring the company to ship most of the merchandising on a daily basis to warehouses in nearby suburbs.

After the "Malton Incident" survivors began to use the supplies still found in the factory in order to equip themselves in the face of mounting zombie aggression. While most survivors have no interest in transporting computers at one point it seems that some industries tech-savvy survivors did manage build about 2 dozen desktops in one of the upstairs meeting rooms. The purpose? Why LAN games of "Battlefield 1942" of course. After all, with all the zombie fighting going on these days a survivor needs to kick back with some friends and have some non-zombie fun.

Barricade Policy

Please keep this building at VSB.

This building is a part of the Rhodenbank Highway, a series of buildings that are always Very Strongly (VS+2) barricaded so that inexperienced survivors without the Free Running skill will still be able to find a series of adjacent safehouses that they can enter while traveling through the suburb. This is in accordance with the suburb barricade plan enforced by the Rhodenbank Civil Defense Corps.

If the building is ever under attack from five or more zombies only then are survivors granted permission to barricade beyond Very Strongly, but only until the threat has passed. Survivors are warned that all members of the RCDC who find the barricades raised higher than Very Strongly have the right to lower them if there is no immediate threat to the building at that time.

Current Events

'September 21st, 2009 - [oO_Willie] power up but low on juice. Barricade up to heavily barricaded despite little zombie presence. I have full AP so no choice but to leave this safehouse.

December 11th, 2008 - DarthKnight of the D.I.T.P.S, reported that the factory was barricaded and lit. No report of the zombie situation outside though.
