Crowbars, fire axes, fuel cans, lengths of pipe, and portable generators can be found here. Factories have no internal descriptions. Factories can be barricaded normally.

This is a factory located in the suburb of Rhodenbank which once produced a wide range of auto parts. Owned by the Hangzu-Dashi Auto Parts Manufacturing Company, a joint venture company with foreign investors, the factory's line of business covered designing, manufacturing, exporting a wide range of driveshaft assembly, universal joint assembly, and other auto parts. The factory specialized in producing driveshafts and bearings for all kinds of cars. The factory has been in business for more than 10 years prior to the "Malton Incident". The factory's products were sold in Malton and abroad since it opened it doors and has had steady business ever since. The outbreak of course ended the company's prosperity.

These days the factory's equipment and manufacturing machinery see little use. Survivors often scavenge through the building is search of what supplies they can salvage in order to aid them in their ongoing struggle with Malton's zombies.

In accordance with the Rhodenbank Civil Defense Corps barricade plan the location should be Extremely Heavily barricaded at all times. The true purpose of this building is to serve as a heavily fortified shelter for Malton's veteran survivors.
