Crowbars, fire axes, fuel cans, lengths of pipe, and portable generators can be found here. Factories have no internal descriptions. Factories can be barricaded normally.

[edit] Description

This was going to be a factory located in the suburb of Rhodenbank, but construction was never completed. As such, the factory is not stocked with any machinery other than construction equipment. While this does make the building particularly sparse of furnishings and the lack of indoor plumbing a problem, the building supplies scattered throughout the factory do provide survivors with access to easy barricading materials. In more than a few cases industrious survivors have even built new walls or other entrenchments within the factory that were obviously not in the original blueprints. Survivors unfamiliar with the building often comment that these post-outbreak enhancements have given the factory a "fortress-like" appearance.

In accordance with the Rhodenbank Civil Defense Corps barricade plan the location should be Extremely Heavily barricaded at all times. The true purpose of this building is to serve as a heavily fortified shelter for Malton's veteran survivors.
