Description

One of two Kinch Heights banks, Feldstein was reputedly picked out of a hat in a drawing. Feldstein, unlike its northern counterpart, had very tight security. In the days before the outbreak, it shut down, cartloading its gold and money to an unspecified location--Looters were reputedly locked in the vault.
