Zombies frequently check inside. At the moment the Hospital is one of the few buildings in which Portable Generators have a use other than powering the lights, and increasing search probability. Players with the Surgery Skill can heal for 15 HP if the Hospital has a fueled up Generator. Hospitals are listed as Tactical Resource Points. Hospitals can be barricaded normally. Among the internal descriptions found in Hospitals: "...its wards and corridors blackened with the soot of a recent fire" "...its empty wards criss-crossed with snapped quarantine tape." Felix General is a large, white building in the southwest section of Molebank. It is surrounded by trees and nearby Hanlon Park can be seen out the windows of the upper floors.

Felix General is one of Malton's largest full-service hospitals. Its sister hospital, St. Elisabeth's Hospital, was constructed 15 years after Felix to house Felix General's expanding cancer care center. Several years later, a wing was built onto the main hospital for this purpose and St. Elisabeth's was sold to another organization.

Felix General should be barricaded to EHB at all times according to the Molebank barricade policy. It is adjacent to it's sister hospital, St. Elisabeth's Hospital which is maintained at VSB++ as an accessible resource for those without free running.
