This group has been officially liquidated by its leadership, if you still see this article, it has not yet been deleted, help by advising a deletion to the administration. The Fluctuators were originally a group of humans who variably switch around from human to zombies to level quicker, having either low level characters or for other mysterious purposes, although the group encourages each character to do what they feel like doing, even if it goes against the original purpose of the group. They are actively recruiting. New members must join the forums to be an official member.
Conduct
The group allows all members to do whatever they want to, and have raids set up for later dates for its zombie (and PKer) members.
tFlct is basically the Feral Zombies except with mostly survivors.
