You are inside Cread Towers. The building has been very strongly barricaded. Also here are Paul Cates (50HP), Anna Tramp (60HP) and woot loot (50HP).

A portable generator has been set up here. It is running.

Somebody has spraypainted HeiRTZ Foundation, for a zombie-assisted community onto a wall.
