Zombies almost always check inside. Some are often used as literal fortresses, and are sometimes so heavily barricaded that it is impossible to enter without Free Running. Tagging a police station earns 2 XP. They are listed as a Tactical Resource Point. Police Stations can be barricaded normally.

Haddock Road is a Police Department situated on the North Western side of the Grigg Heights suburb, which in turn is located on the Western edge of Malton. With its closest neighbour being Edmund General Hospital, Haddock Road Police Department is an important strategic possession for any survivor groups against the zombies as it allows them valuable access to weapons and medical supplies.

Haddock Road is one of four Police Department's located around the Grigg Heights suburb. The other three are: Spry Road Police Department [0, 57], Lees Boulevard Police Department [3, 57], and Blaxall Way Police Department [4, 58]. Blaxall Way is situated closest to Grigg's only NecroTech facility, The Merson Building.

[edit] Barricade Policy

Since it is a Tactical Resource Point as well as an Island, this building should remain at Very Strongly Barricaded at all times to allow access to survivors without the Free running skill. However, in the event of a zombie attack, the cades can be raised to Extremely Heavily Barricaded until the zombie threat is dealt with accordingly, following which, the cades be brought down again to Very Strongly Barricaded.

Haddock Road Police Department is fortunate enough to be close to several Tactical Resource Buildings:

• Nearest Fire Station is Prideaux Street Fire Station [2, 49] a short trip of 3NE.
• Nearest NecroTech Facility is the Merson Building, a trip of 8S, 4E at [4, 59] for revivification syringes
• Nearest Hospital is Edmund General Hospital at [1,51], a short trip 1E for FAK's.
• Nearest Bar is the Loveridge Arms [1, 50] just a short trip of 1NE.

Resources needed for the Department such as Portable Generators, Radios Transmitters and Fuel cans can be obtained from either Caiger Mall or Marven Mall, although it is a bit of a trip to either.
