Deranged Mailman with an attitude. Came to Malton for a relaxing vacation and to get away from the smell of New Jersey. After being fired from the US Post Office for mental instablity and homicidal tendincies, he was recruited by I.R.A.T.E. as a free lance assasin. He is an auxiliary member of the Blackout team and currently holds the position of I.R.A.T.E Minister of Propagan....Er ahem, I mean Public Relations.
