4/5/7 My wife and daughter are safe at her mother's. They have a well, my gun nut brother in law, an isolated small town, and a garden. I have the bad luck to be stuck here in Malton. I found my way into a hospital and have loaded up on first-aid kits. Next door in the police station I found a flak jacket. Not sure if that'll ward off a bite but can't hurt.

Got a shotgun shell but no shotgun. Not very experienced with guns anyways. Sure'd be nice to have a bat or a fire axe or something.
